This is the Chaper 12 execise User Registration from "PHP and MySQL for dynamic websites: Visual QuickPro Guide" May 2003 edition.
I had to use such an old edition because my web hosting company only uses PHP 5 rather than the new PHP 6, so I had to find exercises written in PHP 5.
Basically, with this site you can register as a new user by clicking on the "Register" link to the right. Once registered you will return to this page and be greeted by name. You may then use any of the other links listed to the right.
